## 7. REFUND POLICY
### 7.1 Digital Books
Digital book purchases are **final and non-refundable** after the access code has been generated or any download has occurred.
### 7.2 Print Books
- Refunds accepted within **14 days** of delivery if the book is unopened and in original condition.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the damage was our fault.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of returned items.
### 7.3 Pre-Orders
